PLANNING

The office space in ‘Time Square’ has been designed keeping in mind the client’s requirement and nature of the business i.e. a telecaller sector. The concept is framed initially before execution showcasing open space and allowing natural light to highlight every corner of the facility. Natural color- scheme is used highlighting the bright spaces.

The blue print presented to client in the beginning had a realistic experiential view and was flexible enough to meet client’s requirement.

Also, considering the clientele and nature of the office requirement, clear visualization for monitoring and privacy criteria have been planned accordingly.

MAINTENANCE

The materials are not only eye catchy and attractive, but also have been selected with a keen assurance of ‘0’ or least maintenance. The natural possible materials have been used in the interiors feasible as per the nature of use of every single element. This gives a highlighting value addition to NSD’s skills.

DESIGN

NSD believes in experimentations and ‘ learning by doing’. So, this time it came up with focusing on working around clean, simple and straight lines believing that simplicity will exhibit a classy appearance to the office space along with enhancing dynamism and boldness.

FLOORING

Ahah! A person will surely experience liveliness entering the facility walking over the ‘terrazzo floorings’. What is attention driving is the colored chips added to white mortar that matches the other elements well.

The terrazzo moldings have skillfully been created with the collaboration of NSD’s hardworking team.

CLIENTELE
